Refund Policy

 

We have a three day return period throughout the year. At the beginning of each semester, we extend our return period to ten days from the first day of class. If you are returning by mail, the package must be postmarked by the return deadline.  We do have a NO return period beginning two weeks before the semester ends. The book must be in the same condition and accompanied by a cash register receipt.

Refund Policy

  • The original sales receipt is required for ALL refunds and exchanges.
  • Three business days from the date of purchase for returns.
  • At the beginning of each semester, you will have 10 calendar days from the first day of class to return textbooks for a refund or credit.  Books for one day courses are non-refundable.
  • Textbooks may be accepted for a full refund if they have not been used, damaged, or codes accessed/opened.
  • Clothing and gift items must be in new condition and may only be exchanged.
  • No returns on Computers.
  • Shipping/processing fees are non-refundable. 

Refund Procedures

Refunds will be processed based on the original type of payment. All returns require an original sales receipt to receive a refund.

  • Cash – Refunds for items purchased with cash will be issued as a cash refund.  If it’s more than we currently have on hand, than we will submit to the Cashier’s Office.  The refund will be in the form of a check approximately two weeks after the refund.
  • Personal Check – Refunds for items purchased with a check will be issued from the Cashier’s Office in the form of a check approximately two weeks after the refund.
  • MasterCard or Visa – Refunds for items purchased with a credit card will be issued back to the original card.  Credit Card must be present.
  • Student Account (Financial Aid) – Refunds for items purchased with your Student Account will be refunded back to your student account.  The refund will be in the form of a check.  Please check Webadvisor for your refund.
